Main new developments

• New Support Portal. Our new Support Portal is an enabler for an improved Customer Service experience. You will benefit from the ability to submit support tickets to report issues, ask for guidance, or suggest improvements to our platform. We will also continuously add articles to our Knowledge Base, to help you quickly find answers to your questions. See the dedicated section or the attached document for more details on benefits of our new Support Portal, and how to use it.

Other improvements

• New Filter 3D manipulator which allows filtering of 3D datasets by name from a reference table
• When deleting a notebook, associated dashboard now also get deleted alongside them
• Styling updates to Targeted Optimisation
• Better progress bar updates for Learning Curve
• Other bug fixes

Additional note

We have recently become aware of issues concerning web browsers using Chromium (such as Chrome or Edge). When there are a significant number of SVG elements on screen (such as in plots), you may notice some lag when scrolling or interacting with the webpage. The issue has been raised by the Chrome Support community, and we are aware of fixes having been already implemented in this area. We are monitoring the issue daily and will communicate when a confirmed fix is in place for this particular issue. In the meantime, we have planned to implement our own internal measures to mitigate the issue, which can be expected in the next release.
